REQUEST GUIDANCE

Organize your replacement request with the correct equipment and component information, without assuming compatibility.

Identifying the part starts with the equipment

Industrial separation equipment can have different configurations and revisions, even when they share a similar commercial name. That is why a parts inquiry should start with the machine's identification data and known history.

We do not recommend choosing a component by appearance alone or by its similarity to a photo. Part number, dimensions, configuration and compatibility must be checked against the proper technical data.

What data helps when requesting a part?

  • Manufacturer, model and serial number, when available.
  • Component description and original reference/part number, if known.
  • Quantity requested and maintenance context.
  • External photos or photos of the component already removed by qualified staff, when authorized.
  • Technical documentation and drawings that can legitimately be shared.

If any identification is missing, describe what is known. The team can advise which additional data would be needed to assess the inquiry.

Compatibility, availability and lead time

Supply, correct specification and commercial terms depend on confirmation. No part should be treated as equivalent just because it fits a general equipment category. Replacements and installations must follow applicable technical and safety requirements.

Parts related to maintenance and refurbishment

When the request arises during an intervention, including the maintenance history and identified condition helps put it in context. The parts inquiry can be reviewed together with a maintenance or refurbishment assessment, if that makes sense for the machine.

Service for other models

The five machines in the gallery are examples of work done, not a closed list of components. HM accepts parts inquiries for other Decanters and Centrifuges, subject to technical and commercial review.

Safety and content limits:

This guidance is for preparing a technical inquiry. It does not replace manuals, specifications, lockout/tagout procedures, risk analysis or specialized support. Do not intervene in equipment or remove guards to gather data.

Frequent questions

Can I request a part without knowing the exact model?

You can send the information you have. Precise identification will be needed before confirming supply and compatibility.

Does HM keep every part in stock?

That cannot be guaranteed. Availability, lead time and terms must be checked case by case.

Is a photo enough to confirm compatibility?

No. Photos can help, but part numbers and technical documentation are important for reliable identification.

To request service, tell us your model, even if it is not in the gallery, and describe what your operation needs.
